What should we do if a patient can’t come in for a F2F that day?

The vast majority of people will want to be seen on the day they contact the practice (>90%) However, for the small number who can't – be flexible.  There is nothing to stop you booking ahead for these patients or you can ask them to contact you again on a day when they are free – it's your choice.
