Do we have any examples from practices of different clinical rotas that they have used successfully with askmyGP?

GP practices quickly adapt to their own way of working but will find that it is very flexible. We typically recommend that a clinician who is working all day has their capacity set to deal with between 40 and 50 requests (20 to 25 per session). 

You will want to balance the total capacity of all of your clinicians against the predicted demand figure for that day to ensure that you have enough available capacity amongst your clinicians to manage the anticipated level of demand.
