Edit/delete message or internal note

Staff users at the practice can edit or delete any internal notes, or messages they send by following the steps below:

Hover over the message or note to be amended and a pencil icon for editing and a bin icon for deletion will appear, click on the pencil icon:

To change the text, amend the words and then click on Save, to switch a Message to patient to an Internal Note click in the Internal Note box:

NB. If it is a message the patient may already have received it.
