Downloading patient data to a pdf

It is possible to download data held on a patient within askmyGP to a pdf file as might be needed for a subject access request.

1. Select the ‘Patients’ tab. 
2. Enter the patient details. Only one field is needed to make a search, but the more fields filled, the more specific the search. Surname and DOB are recommended. 
3. Once details are entered, click ‘Apply’.
4. Select the relevant patient.
5. Click ‘Download history to pdf’ at the bottom of the screen.
