Responding to a request

From the 'Requests' tab you can see the requests that have come into the practice. The 'assigned to me' filter shows which have been assigned to your user. 

Clinicians can see the patient request, view and download photos or documents and message the patient back:

Note: Attachments added by patients will no longer appear as a thumbnail preview of the attached image, instead you will see a generic attachment icon and will be able to see the full picture itself when you click the attachment icon after which you will have controls to rotate, or zoom in on the image as needed.
