To address the issues of delay in assigning requests we propose to use a different mechanism to update the information you see on screen. To help us assess the impact of this before changes are made please could you:

1.      Visit https://test.pusher.com/?env=eu
2.      Look for a line that says [status] connected (this usually appears within a second) 

The screenshot below illustrates an example of a successful test.

It is the grey "connected" message at the top of the screenshot and the 11:43 “connected” message that confirms success.  Please tell us what you see.

3.      Confirm to us that you have seen the connected message, or
4.      If you do not see ‘connected’ please send a screenshot of what you do see to [e-mail]
